Fenix: [Bug] Clicking on links stopped working

Steps to reproduce

open https://tools.taskcluster.net/index/project.mobile.fenix.v2.nightly/latest
click on public/build/arm64-v8a/geckoNightly/target.apk

Expected behavior

download starts

Actual behavioron

no download starts. I need to long press then open in new tab
this happens on a lot of sites with normal links
