Feather: Distribute css/scss files to npm

Hi!

I was wondering if you could provide an CSS/SCSS file that can be included in projects that prefer not to work with the JS version?

FontAwesome v4 does this and I personally think it's a great and flexible way to work with icons.

A developer could just include feather.(s)css from node_modules and use it like <i class="fe fe-check"></i> to get the check icon.

Hi beeman, there exists a fork of this repo that makes them available as a font that can be managed with css/scss. https://github.com/AT-UI/feather-font

The downside is that its not getting updates so its missing all more recent additions.

+1 for an official feather-icon font
