Hello,
I have to change my pixel. I installed the plugin and when I set it up I did not have to create a pixel for this site yet and took another one. I must now launched my ads but I end up with a pixel for 2 site. Which is not recommended. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin but, when I reinstall it it keeps the data of the first pixel and does not propose the configuration.
thank you in advance for your help

Can you try to delete your settings and re-setup? It will do a full reset of your data.
Hi there ;)
similar problem to nino24,
connected once to Pixel A, because of wrong timezone have to deactivate the FB account.
Have deactivated and deleted the Plugin. Chrome Pixel Helper Plugin shows NO PIXEL.
Installed the new Pixel B, without any reported problems. But Chrome Pixel Helper Plugin shows Pixel A ??
Also Traffic goes to Pixel A ??
Hi @faycan
If you deactivate & delete the Plugin the settings of the plugin will remain, in order to clear old settings completely you should go to the plugin's configuration page and Reconfigure/Settings > Advanced Options > Delete. I'm not sure why pixel B installation didn't work correctly for you (it may be due to JS cache on your browser that pixel A is still there), but after clearing the older settings pixel A should be gone completely. Hope that helps.
The reason why pixel B installation didn't work correctly is because we have a bug. I confirmed this just now @mengyingdu is looking into it. The workaround in the meantime is to reset (clear all settings) as I suggested above.
Hi @dmitridr , thanks for the workaround, settings deleted and new installed, looks like this works for me.
This was fixed in v1.9.3
Wow thank you for fixing this issue! I've been figuratively banging my head against a wall for the last couple of days trying to reconfigure the plugin for a new pixel on my site – because the Events Manager pixel setup currently still provides v1.9.2 and I didn't see the update on my plugins page 😅
