Eos: Malformed JSON to /v1/chain/get_code resource usage bug

As part of the Ghostbusters research team, we have found a resource consumption bug in nodeos.

When sent malformed JSON, the nodeos process will consume 100% of CPU and large amounts of RAM (over 16Gb on my test machine)

This has been tested on local and remote nodes running 4.2.0
