Color picker Sizes Component: Responsive alignment issue for Large color picker

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to url: http://4180-beta0-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/colorpicker/example-sizes.html
2. Make the page responsive
3. Scroll down to "Large"
4. The frame is cut off. Please see screen shot attached

Expected behavior
The frame should not be cut off

Similarly to https://github.com/infor-design/enterprise/issues/2023, I'm inclined to say that this isn't meant to be responsive at such small window sizes. If a smaller picker is desired, options are available. Thoughts, @tmcconechy ?

If we can make it happen i think it would be good if it was responsive. If not then fixed size and scroll instead of breaking? But i think maybe make the last two max out at 100% would be nice.

I wonder how many field types behave like this.

On Chrome, when height is set to lower size (scrollbar is visible), the Large colorpicker is having layout issues.
