Elixirschool: Weird animation behaviour on sidepanel change

Remnant issue after #1753.

What I can still see, is the first time you open the LiveView blog post from @SophieDeBenedetto , and try to close the side panel, it insta-closes instead of doing the animation one. If you open another one, it works properly.

I can see this in both Chrome and Firefox on Linux.

yeah that makes sense!

so the animation is not available while the page is still loading! This is done intentionally

This means there's no issue at all!
