Interchange details could be obtained from http://www.enteoperador.org/newsite/flash/SER.html (Flash required) / http://www.enteoperador.org/newsite/flash/data.csv (as linked in #617), looks like it's mostly from Guatemala but also a bit from Honduras.
Very nice! How'd you find it? I'll take this one unless you want it?
@jarek That interchange site covers quite a few countries. #566
Go for it, I've got a backlog of a few myself :)
Found accidentally while looking for Chile - I was on a page http://www.cdec-sing.cl/pls/portal/cdec.pck_inf_sing.links_int which has links to many operators and markets. There might be more sources to be found there!
I've run into a few problems with the El Salvador parser (see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/45722069/trigger-data-response-from-aspx-page). While I'm trying to resolve that I'm going ahead with creating a parser for those 6 interchanges @jarek linked. It's easy enough except for the csv file not providing any information about flow direction, luckily that can be figured by other means.
OK, the El Salvador website is down right now, but half an hour ago using https://gist.github.com/jarek/d73c672d8dd4ddb48d80bffc4d8038ba I was able to get raw data for the current day. Still needs cleaning and parsing and getting the correct data.
I'm closing because we have everything we need!
