Missing terrain rendering issue when using the new Nvidia shader compiler

That issue was fixed in 396.18.07, please use that.

@doitsujin just FYI: there's already a 396.18.08 version out :)

I need downgrade driver?

396.18.07 and .08 are newer than 396.24.
