Docusaurus: [Help needed] Live Reload not working

According to docs

There's also a LiveReload server running and any changes made to the docs and files in the website directory will cause the page to refresh.

I changed text in the footer, localhost:3000 tab blinked (just like it wanted to refresh), no change appeared.

Upon stopping service and starting again (npm start) change occurs.

Just tried locally and it seems to work.

Just installed Docusaurus. Exactly the same problem.

Same issue here. Seems any changes to sidebar aren't being reflected.
