After taking an initial _Quest_, talking to NPCs will henceforth show the same two options, even long after completing said _Quest_.
An example is an end-game Character whose current quest is "Diablo" and has "Gossip" and "The Butcher" on every _Talk to_.

Well, its not the first time somebody reported this.
And since it reported even from diabloweb, that bug is still present.
Actually this also happens with new heroes:

confirmed for single player, multiplayer, 32 and 64 bit. Since this also appears to affecting Diabloweb it's most likely an upstream issue.
