Desktopeditors: Linux - Remove dependency on GConf, replace with DConf

With GConf having been deprecated around 7 years ago now, it would be nice to see OnlyOffice-DesktopEditors updated to remove this dependency and use it鈥檚 replacement, DConf instead.

I currently have to build my own version of GConf now to use this software as Arch has now removed GConf from its repositories. This will also effect all Arch based distributions immediately.

More and more Linux distributions will drop GConf as time goes by making the use of this great software more difficult for the average user.

Hey, does the 5.5.1 version solves the issue or the solution is not out yet?
