Deepspeech: 0.3 models link is broken (deepspeech-0.3.0-models.tar.gz is not found)

wget -O - https://github.com/mozilla/DeepSpeech/releases/download/v0.3.0/deepspeech-0.3.0-models.tar.gz | tar xvfz -

there is no such file deepspeech-0.3.0-models.tar.gz
I managed to find models only from 0.2 release

v0.3.0 was tagged, this is going to be fixed soon.
