Dash-to-dock: Make progress bar and trough themeable

Hi @micheleg and @azzar1 and thanks for implementing the unity launcher API.

We are currently developing the new ubuntu default theme and work on theming the dock, too.
We successfully themed the notification count badges in ubuntu green since there is a style class for them =)
Sadly there is none for the progress bars:

We color the progress bars in ubuntu blue everywhere else so it would be great if you could provide a style class for the progress bar and the trough! Thanks in advance!
