There is a plan for a website already, including 'news' blog, compatibility database, setup-guide, and downloads of history/current builds.
The problem is there are only a limited number of us developers, and we'd much prefer to improve emulation than spending several weeks-months perfecting the website.
If we had more man-power, I could take a break to concentrate on the website, but for now, we have to prioritise the emulator itself.

@LukeUsher We are still am getting "where's the download link?" in discord for very long time. If static webpages aren't ready, then it may be time to start using GitHub Pages feature with the basic details.
