@Ein-Tim No ETA, however, maybe extrapolating the dates of the last releases to the future gives you a hint, not more than that. ;-) Having said that, there are several variables (e.g. many parties involved) that might speed up or delay a release.

Could you maybe close the issues labeled as "ready to close" (seems like the ppl who opened the issues are not going to close them)?
I think this would help to keep a better overview and also, it's better to distinguish between active and resolved issues (especially if we maybe get new issues related to the 1.13 release soon).
