Core: oC 9.0.5 and 8.2.8 missing from repositories

Seems the 9.0.5 and 8.2.8 releases are currently missing from:

@IngoBelka Please don't hijack issues with unrelated problems. You just need to follow the instructions at the download page and import the correct signatures.
