Converse.js: [user experience] Clear line separators

We should remove the line separators from the left pane.

Problems:

• Unnecessary added symbol/information
• Visual overload with no meaning
• Screen estate wasted

Proposed:

• Remove lines
• Use unordered list (with no special background)
  
  
  
  • level 1 containing “Chatrooms” and “Contacts”
  
  
  • level 2 is the actual MUC rooms and one-to-one conversations

Thanks @Nyco, I've removed the lines, tweaked the padding and made the L1 titles uppercase.
