Concrete5: Separate Clock and Remove icons of Automated Job page

We have multiple forum posts from users that they mistakenly delete sitemap generate cron job.

I think it's because the "Automate" clock icon and "Remove" trash icon are too close.

I think we should separate like this...

I think there should be a confirmation dialog on Job deletes.

Yeah, I think adding one of our confirmation dialogs when deleting a job would be a good idea.

Personally, I have accidentally click on that trash icon myself and had to figure out how to restore the sitemap job with phpmyadmin so having dialog confirmation would be great. Thanks.
