Commitlint: [question]: `9.0.1` version under `next` dist tag

Expected Behavior

Because 9.0.0 is not alpha/beta/rc/etc it should be published under latest dist tag

Current Behavior

It is under next dist tag

Hey @evilebottnawi, you're right.
I wasn't too sure to release 9.0.1 under latest yet to let people test next before switching it to be latest.
I guess creating the 9.0.0 and 9.0.1 first and tag it with next is not how this should be done. That's my fault. Didn't know any better.

So far there's no negative feedback so I guess it can become latest soon.

9.0.1 is released as latest now. Please give it a try.
