Code-settings-sync: "Sync Pragmas" documentation is unclear

With regards to the _Sync Pragmas_ docs page, see my comment here and someone else's here.

Maybe the documentation looks super obvious to you, but it isn't for everybody.

Would it be possible to spell out some examples in the Sync Pragmas docs to clear our collective confusion? (Much appreciated!)

2. Read. :book: :eyes:
3. Scroll for examples... Find none. :crying_cat_face:

I'd expect a few syntax examples for sake of clarity.
