Code-settings-sync: Disable "donate" popup
I found the casual reminder to Donate distracting during my workflow. Is there a way to disable this?

I assume it is a bug that the popup keep re-appearing when i re-open Code? I've closed the popup 4 times so far today.
And the popup could do with links to the Donate and Review pages, to save us having to find them ourselves.

Pop up was made to show once for few days though
