Sorry if it's been requested before, but the code-server npm package is a little bit old now, wondering if it could be bumped?

It's the latest version. We haven't cut a new release yet.

the latest python extension can not be installed in this version(1.45)
please release the (1.47) equivalent version

Thanks a lot for this work.
An really excited by the latest TypeScript 4.0 which I assume is coming built-in by default in the version next after 1.48 VSCode!!

golang.go-0.16.1 Extension is not compatible with Code 1.45.1. Extension requires: ^1.46.0.
