Debian 8 currently ships with Qt 5.3.2: https://packages.debian.org/stable/qttools5-dev
Your distro is trying to install Qt 5.7.1, that is not present in debian's repo.
You probably installed parts of Qt 5.7.1 manually or from a repository meant for another distro.
Clean those broken packages and retry.
No news is good news.
qt5-qttools-devel.x86_64 on CentOS7, solved my issues with wireshark.
Thanks for coming back and letting us know!
Might help others as well. 馃憤
@dev-id solution works for me, thx
