Coala: Git_Basics.rst: Be more clear on which repo to clone

The docs give instructions to clone the main repos, but then tell the users it is ideal to clone their fork.

@NiklasMM , that assumes they havent already cloned the main repo. I would be very happy with the docs using myfork and upstream, and never origin, to make it more clear and not try to dictate how they should organise their remotes.

I'm in favor of consistently telling people to clone the fork and add the original as upstream
