Client: Windows 10 tray icon popup overlaps multiple monitors

With the task bar on the left screen half of the popup is in each monitor

The screenshot was running a pretty old version of keybase, apparently you need to update twice to get from 1.something to the latest version. The latest one still has the same issue though, the popup just looks slightly different

Can you invoke the popup and then do keybase log send at the CLI? Thanks.
