Client: "Yea" -> "Yes" in voting app

In Voting app vote signing panel says This transaction will perform: "Vote yea in vote #1". This should say “Vote yes…” since that is the option shown in the vote screen (“yes” or “no”).

I believe we may also use "yay" at times.

cc @aragon/design we should pick between:

• "yes"
• "yea"
• "yay"

"Yea" is perhaps more correct, but "yes" is more familiar to users.

My choice also would be to use "yes" everywhere

My vote would also go for “yes” or an alternative, like “Approve / Reject” or “Support / Oppose”.
