Client: Remove all : from input labels and other labels

Right now we don't have a consistent use of : in text labels. Sometimes we use them, sometimes we don't.
I think we should remove them all, so inputs just have their input name, without ending in :

I removed the colons from the voting app (https://github.com/aragon/aragon-apps/pull/533). They shouldn鈥檛 be anywhere else but please reopen in case I missed any.
