Cli-microsoft365: Enhancement: Extend the `spo sitedesign get` to retrieve site design info using name option

The command currently lists site design based on the id which is a GUID passed , extend this command to be more human friendly and have an option to pass title of the site design to retrieve information.

Extend command this to pass title as well, passing either id or name but not both.
If we find multiple items matching the name, return an error with the list of matching items and their ids to disambiguate.

Should we rename the option name to title?

The output of command m365 spo sitedesign list is as follows:

Id             : caf6b9bc-89e3-49d4-be25-2d9ce63d802f
IsDefault  : false
Title        : Custom tracking
Version    : 1
WebTemplate: 64

We have Title in the output.
Please share your views.
