Cli-microsoft365: New sample script: restore a default configuration for tenant wide extensions on a tenant

Make sample script showing how to restore default configuration for tenant-wide extensions. Configuration is stored in a hidden list in the tenant app catalog site. This script would show how to remove all entries from this list.
