Trying to login to a GCC high tenant I get an error about permissions

Message: AADSTS65006: Resource '797f4846-ba00-4fd7-ba43-dac1f8f63013' had no entitlements matching required permissions configured on the required resource access for client '31359c7f-bd7e-475c-86db-fdb8c937548e'. Requested permission IDs: '41094075-9dad-400e-a0bd-54e686782033'. This is a problem with one or more invalid permission ids on the client RRA configuration or the resource entitlement configuration.

m365 login
This prompts you to open a browser to login the device. It fails with the above error

Expected result

I would expect to be able to login and run commands.

Could you please try logging in using a custom AAD app? It's possible that our multi-tenant app has configured permissions to services that are not available in GCC High.

Sorry, didn't see the initial reply... But I cannot do that, I am working in a customer tenant where I don't have that level of permissions. But I will try that next time I have the chance.
