Cli-microsoft365: Correct all command examples and include a double quote when dealing with file outputs
This is a follow-up issue for #1393.
This issue will add to all remaining command examples a double quote when dealing with output files.

@plamber, can we please change single quote to double quotes. We had discussion with @waldekmastykarz and @garrytrinder on that, and we agreed that double quotes work better for different shells than the single quotes.
Correct me if I am wrong.
