Hey @andrewconnell, do you mind if I pickup your branch and complete the command. I can see that you almost completed it and the credit is absolutely yours.

The reason: I am planning workshop on 10 of November on automating the SPFx pipeline and my intention is to use the Office 365 CLI with site app catalogs.
