Cli-microsoft365: Consolidate `spo site set` and `spo site classic set` commands
Related to #1491
Consolidate spo site set and spo site classic set commands into spo site set which can update both modern and classic sites. Additionally, mark the spo site classic set command as deprecated so that we can remove it in v3.
Once this item is done, let's create a new item linked to milestone v3 to remove the deprecated spo site classic set command.

Awesome! Appreciate your help! Before you start working on this, let us first merge https://github.com/pnp/office365-cli/pull/1537. It contains some references to spo site classic set that will be affected by this issue.

@waldekmastykarz I have issues at this moment to focus on this project I was used to do a couple of months ago. Therefore, I wanted to ask you if it would be possible to remove me from this task. Maybe somebody else in the community is taking it up before me.
I will come back to these commands and other commands working on them if nobody else is doing it and if I have the necessary time to focus on them if you do not mind.
