Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The Autobutcher function currently draws no distinction between corpses that have bionics in them and those that don't. Bionics are now obtainable by the "Dissect" command, but the autobutcher function still uses the default quick butchery, which ruins the bionics.
Describe the solution you'd like
I want the autobutcher function to be useful even for characters who want to dissect corpses to look for bionics.

i would say that flavorfully you should need to add corpses to a whitelist manually, because you won't automatically know necessarily that a corpse has bionics in it.
@KorGgenT: Realistically, I'm pretty sure that players don't role-play their character as completely ignorant of the lives of previous characters -- they transfer knowledge about how to deal with the world from previous characters they've played (not to mention maybe wiki or forums). I'm not sure that such a strong isolation is worth the extra player hassle, making the game less-approachable (everyone just has to fill out the autobutcher list with the six or so things with bionic drops, which is only going to really affect new players) and maintaining an extra feature.
well, it'd be a config, and configs are not dependent on saves
