Cataclysm-dda: Spilt Plutonium Number Mismatch
Probable continuation of #26437 via different method of unloading - an activated, highly damaged, minireactor "leaks fuel" when in motion - each turn this generates a full plutonium cell as a unit of energy is consumed.

Took a while to reproduce it - found another atomic car, whacked the minireactor with a halligan bar while it was in motion until it started leaking.
Left idling, made several hundred plutonium cells.
