No hover effect on history or keep on top buttons when transparency effects are off
Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Disable transparency effects
  2. Open Calculator
  3. Hover over keep on top or history
  4. See error

Expected behavior

The button would be grey

Note: it's also the case of buttons: DEG, HYP, F-E, M+, BYTE, etc...
