Browser-laptop: Support for Application Mode

  1. From terminal, run brave.exe --app=https://brave.com

• Actual result:
  Brave does not open in Application Mode.

• Expected result:
  Brave opens in Application Mode.

Seems to be a Windows-only feature.

@bsclifton Not at this time. It _appears_ to just a full-window webview. The page's favicon is used in the taskbar, instead of the browser's icon. Not much more than that.

Not a Windows-only feature, here it is using Chrome on ArchLinux.
