Brave-browser: [Desktop] Ads are not displayed

Description

Seeked in task manager and neither "Bat Ads Service" nor "Bat Ledger Service" is running.
Cannot start this kind of service from services manager.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have Brave Rewards started
2. No ads are displayed
3. Open Task Manager
4. Check for Bat Ads Service or Bat Ledger Service
5. See nothing

Actual result:

None of these services appears

Expected result:

Those services should be present

Everytime

I think I shall precise that I have WSL 2 installed (so with Hyper-V installed)

I should be more specific, Task manager in brave. Hamburger menu -> More tools -> Task manager

Ahah, didn't even know this menu existed sorry
The two services I said before are present here

Any idea why no ads appear ?
All other notifications work well, I followed all tricks I found to debug ads not showing

To be more precise
Atm I use two computers :

• One for work, I will call it "Work"
• One for home, I will call it "Home"

None of those display ads, I tested both stable & nightly.
When I'm at work I connect to Home through RDP and ads appear on Home through RDP (that's the odd part !) and still not Work.

Also can you please visit brave://rewards-internals and click the Log tab (Please DO NOT send these logs to anybody including Brave), Click the refresh button and search for the very last not made: text in the log and let me know the reason (without pasting the log please)

The log tab is empty in nightly (tried to click Refresh & Download complete log (not sure about the english translation))
In stable version I have logs but not any "not made:"
Searched in the UI and also after downloading the complete log.
Searched for those terms : "not made:", "not made", "notmade"

I also having the same problem, have the issue after updating to ver 1.12.112.
Not able to find "not made:" in my logs too.
Btw, I'm from singapore

@ErwSim @dodieboy Apologies as the logs changed in these versions, you need to search for Ad notification not shown: for the reason. Please only let me know the reason after not shown: and please DO NOT share your logs.

We have identified an issue for some users where ads may not be shown. This will take a few days to resolve itself via catalog updates. Please let us know by re-opening this ticket if you do not start seeing ads after Friday. Thank you, Terry

Tested with nightly 1.15.6, ads reward start showing for me
