That seems like a rather large amount of BATs.

Note that the user is on a VPN service.
I've had this happen on at least two the Brave instances I've installed (about 8 altogether across my home and work systems). Most of those systems are Windows 10, all are 64-bit. I have one MacOS system not having this problem, but that may just be my lack of a sufficient number of Macs..
I used to have this bug but it seems to be fixed in build 0.67.
That's also fixed for me.
Please open a new bug if you are still affected by this problem. None of the information I have provided in the initial investigation is relevant now that it's working on my machine.
