Brave-browser: Can't install Brave beta on Ubuntu 18.10

Description

When I try to install Brave beta with the instructions from the Brave website it gives me a 403 Error after updating.

Steps to Reproduce

1. curl https://brave-browser-apt-beta.s3.brave.com/brave-core-nightly.asc | sudo apt-key add -
2. echo "deb [arch=amd64] https://brave-browser-apt-beta.s3.brave.com/ lsb_release -sc main" | sudo tee -a /etc/apt/sources.list.d/brave-browser-beta-lsb_release -sc.list
3. sudo apt update

Current beta as of 11/3/2018 on Ubuntu 18.10

Workaround

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list.d/brave-browser-release-cosmic.list

from
deb [arch=amd64] https://brave-browser-apt-release.s3.brave.com/ cosmic main

to
deb [arch=amd64] https://brave-browser-apt-release.s3.brave.com/ bionic main
