Links from TOC to headers no longer work, even after regenerating it. Clicking them doesn't send you to the place in the doc where a relevant header is present.
As in the preveious release, TOC links should scroll the MD doc to the point where a header was indicated.

Side comment... This _could be_ related to multiple MD03: Heading style validation errors I'm facing now, but truly I have no idea what they mean and how to fix them.
Will be fixed in this PR:

@boostio has funded $30.00 to this issue.
Has this been fixed? I'm having the same issues on Windows 10
fix is not in master yet. wait 4 next release.
what's the ETA on this being pushed to master?
Quick comment. TOC link jumping is back in 0.12, however... :-) If the link or a header has "/" in it, it won't jump. Not a big deal, but still. Thanks!
This might be due to Boostnote attempting to recognize the link as a file link on your system. I'm not yet able to run 0.12 myself to confirm my suspicions.
This appears to be fixed in 0.12.1-1. Even links with / in it work at least on my end.
TOC's are working in the latest release (0.12.1)
@rokt33r has rewarded $27.00 to @roottool. See it on IssueHunt
So that you know... It's broken again in v13. Certainly on Linux, probably not Win. 2 reddit users confirmed that.

Broken on Windows/Mac as well unfortunately - combined with the auto-update not optimal
