Seems the config file of BB doesn't get deleted by a uninstall.
I think this file should for different reason be deleted, too.
If a PR is welcome, I will later work on it.

Just the bleachbit.ini or the whole folder in which it lives?

I'm not sure about the cleaners, too!
But on the other side, no one that "programs" a cleaner would have his work just in this folder, or?
And if you have an option in BB "to hide" the use of BB, leafing back cleaners is the opposite...
But I can have a look how difficult it is to find them and ask the user about deletion... maybe with "No" as default answer... What do you think about this solution ???
