Bedrock: New 500 error page can be a dead-end

Description

The new 500 error page design is great, but I wonder if it could be more useful? Picure the hypothetical scenario below:

Steps to reproduce

1. Someone searches for "Download Firefox" on Google.
2. They click through to our main download page.

Expected result

You should be able to download Firefox.

Actual result

Oh noes, an error occured on our website! but all you see is:

There are only two links on the page, both of which will ultimately take people back to the same download page with the error. Refreshing in the hope of it being fixed is also likely going to frustrate pretty quickly.

If we offered a direct download button right on the error page, this could be a last life line for our visitors should a problem occur.

There's also https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/pull/8741 to turn the logos into links, (which I just realized has a question I need to answer) so that will give another way to escape the error page.
