Beaker: I can't type a URL

Describe the Bug
I cannot access any website because in the url field it is not possible to type, replace or delete. This is only possible if you type several keys at random.

To Reproduce
Trying to type anything in the URL field

Expected Behavior
Type without interruption

This is a known issue that's solved in the 1.0 prereleases. 1.0 final should be coming soon.
