Beaker: feature request: experimental.datPeers.getOwnId()

Operation System: OSX Sierra
Beaker version: v0.8.0-prerelease.9

Need a way to get your own peer Id. Unless I'm just not seeing it in the docs: Everyone else can see your peerId on a join or broadcast, but you can't see it yourself.

Okay that's merged, I'm going to test it a bit and then will include it in a new release soon (this week).

Sorry for the delay. Been very heads down on the next major release.

Yeah that makes sense. Added to my todos.

Hey @pfrazee - I need this feature too, so I took a stab at addressing it:
https://github.com/beakerbrowser/beaker-core/pull/18 - this is the feature itself
https://github.com/beakerbrowser/beaker/pull/1298 - this is a test for the feature

The test PR is failing in tests that are (I think) not directly related? Some tests failed locally for me sporadically, so I'm guessing there is a different issue? Any input would be greatly appreciated. :)
Thanks! Please let me know if you'd like me to change anything.
