Bazarr: [Feature Request] Multiple suggestions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

1. To have special setting for Forced english subtitles. Some shows will be mostly in english and will have a forced english subtitle file that just have english subtitles for those couple of times. As well as there are certain shows like Narcos that alternate between English and Spanish, which also use Forced subtitles.

1. To identify which subtitles are Forced in Bazaar

2. Download subtitles based on audio language of file.

3. Subtitle clean up.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Have settings like "download both english and forced english versions if available"

1. Be able to see in bazarr which subtitles are forced. Right now if I have both English and Forced English they both shows as "en"

2. Have a setting to "only download english subtitles if foreign or unknown language is used." Also to touch on number 1. "If audio is english only download english subtitles if they are forced subtitles"

3. If a file has like 6 different english subtitles, I'd love if bazarr could clean it up so there was only 1. (Or just english and english forced)

I would also agree with an option to look for Forced Subtitles only!!

No idea. I'm working on this in my free time and as summer is coming, I have more work to do outside to prepare the backyard. I hope to get this done by the end of the month but no guarantees.
