Azure-docs: template reference document has not been updated

This page sample template used api version 'virtualNetworkLinks 2020-01-01' and 'privateDnsZoneGroups 2020-06-01'. those api version is not documented in template reference.

@takekazuomi, Appreciate your feedback. Looks like template reference docs are not up to date. I can see the 2020-01-01 ARM is been deployed without any error. The latest version must be updated on the docs. We will work on updating it asap. Any other queries from your side? or are we good to close this issue?

I also confirmed that the sample code can be executed. After updating the reference documentation, I'll check other options.
