@iAmBipinPaul Thanks for the question. We are investigating the issue and will update you shortly.

@iAmBipinPaul Thanks, you can train a Form Recognizer model with labels using the sample labeling tool. Please follow the below document to trian custom model with input data. If possible could you please add more details about the use case.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/form-recognizer/quickstarts/label-tool?tabs=v2-0

To setup input data:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/form-recognizer/quickstarts/label-tool?tabs=v2-0#set-up-input-data

@ram-msft so to train and label ,I must have to upload file to blob storage.

Yes @iAmBipinPaul. For training model using the label data you need to use with the Azure Blob storage container's shared access signature (SAS) URL. For analyzing the receipts you can use the path to your local form document.
We will now proceed to close this thread. If there are further questions regarding this matter, please tag me in your reply. We will gladly continue the discussion and we will reopen the issue.

Thank you !.
