Azure-docs: Using IP restriction for Azure Table

When using IP restriction of Azure table storage with firewall of Table Storage, cloud partner portal cannot create leads to Azure Table storage with Error 'StrorageException.'
After turned off firewall, cloud partner portal can create leads. So, if we can know IP address for cloud partner portal, we can resolve this issue. Could you tell me IP address?

I think, Cloud Partner portal IP is included Azure Data Center IP address range. So, if Azure Storage Firewall function of 'Trusted Microsoft services' has cloud partner portal , we can resolve completely.

You are not able to create leads to table storage when firewall is on, you need IP to whitelist

This portal is to use for management Offer and Lead in Azure Marketplace.
I want to use Table Storage for manageming Leads with IP restriction, so I need Azure Firewall function with Trusted Microsoft Services.
