Hi,
I solved the error after talking to Microsoft support.
The tutorial said it support Visual Studio 2017. I have VS 2017 Professional, VS 2017 Community, and VS 2015 professional installed on my PC. I didn't know that makes a difference.
At the end, after uninstalling everything except VS 2017 Professional, the error went away, and I was able to proceed for the rest of the tutorial.
